Oh-oh-oh baby, we wanna listen to the Ramones with you! Have you noticed there's only 150 days left until Punk Rock Raduno 5? Can't wait to see you all in Bergamo (Italy), July 16-19 2020! We know you wanna know everything... but all in due time, friends, all in due time. For now, here's a recap of the bands we announced so far, and keep in mind: most of these shows will be exclusive to Punk Rock Raduno 5, the FREE festival that brings punk-rockers together, and a truly memorable family reunion! Among the couple dozens of incredible bands that are going to hit the stage at PRR5, we're particularly happy to have So-Cho Pistons, as they really stand for this year's theme. Our punk-rock family truly is a global one, and one that knows no limits. In a world that gets a little scarier everyday due to racism and homophobia and shit like that, we wanted to invite bands from all around the world to our little festival to show that we all can make a difference - together. So #noracism, #nosexism, #nohomophobia, and #noborders On a related topic, if you're wondering who's the exceptional artist that partnered up with PRR5 to design our logo, do give it up for Benjamin Lande, one of the main artists in the Atlanta, GA (USA) area, and one that really can bring up colors, fun and a bit of horror in art: just take a look at this poster below or visit his Instagram page here. Anyhoo, more about PRR5 artwork coming up soon... By the way, have you checked out our website recently? We're constantly renovating it and started adding interviews and bits from the PRR fanzines. Find them here! There's even more exciting bands adding up to an already killer line-up... But AGAIN, in case you missed our FAQs, what should you expect from PRR5? PUNK ROCK RADUNO is a FREE FESTIVAL happening in Bergamo (Italy), July 16-19 2020. NO TICKETS! NO FEES! JUST BIG SMILES AND THE BEST PUNK-ROCK TUNES FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD! We like calling Punk Rock Raduno a family reunion, and that's why we stand strongly against racism, sexism, homophobia and violence. As long as they take our philosophy into account and respect our views, everybody is welcome to enjoy the festival. Matter of fact, we're very happy to have partnered up with a bunch of local LGBTQ+ and disabled people associations in the past, and proud to say that Edoné, the official site for Punk Rock Raduno, will be partner of Bergamo Pride again in 2020. Raduno is about getting together, taking care of each other and having a great time while enjoying the best punk-rock bands around. Put on your best smile 'cause you're in for a treat! Art is a very important part of Raduno, you know, and one of the main reasons it is a unique festival. That's why there's always room for distros and expositions from local and international artists representing the punk and DIY ethics. So on with the roll call: if you wanna be part of PRR5 with your distro, label or various treats you're welcome to drop a line at [email protected]. Artists and DIY champions, if you would like a booth of your own at Raduno please wait a little longer, but do know we're gonna need YOU as well to make Raduno even better. In the meantime, just to name one of the super talented artists that visit Raduno basically every year, let us give a huge thanks to Tommaso Eppesteingher for his awesome sketches and illustrations from PRR4. What we're up to, you're wondering? As we said, we're working on our website to add interviews from past fanzines and stuff, and while doing so we're gonna keep announcing more bands weekly. Also, we're putting together awesome ideas for new partnerships and collateral stuff, as them special events are the ones that make Raduno unique too. Besides, we'd like to mention that Edoné has a yummy new menù, that includes tons of vegan/vegetarian treats as well as special gluten-free options, and that leads us to... ...remind you once more that Punk Rock Raduno is a FREE FESTIVAL and as such we will need all your help to support the bands and the festival. Buy merch, grab your food and drinks at Edoné and if you like what we're doing please consider making a donation, as it will truly help PRR getting better and better. Donate Donate Donate! We're gonna wrap it up for today, and while our countdown goes on and we announce two more bands on Tuesday and Thursday let us say goodbye with this video from PRR4, courtesy of the great staff who has been taking and editing the best shots and videos during the past 4 years. Thank you, everyone, and see you at Punk Rock Raduno 5!

It's free, it's fun, it's coming... Punk Rock Raduno 5 will begin exactly six months from now, on July 16th 2020! Now we're a little bit ahead with our countdown and we revealed that The Methadones, The Lillingtons AND The Dwarves have officially joined the party! Are you excited? If you started planning your trip to Bergamo it might be a good idea to go through a few basic info: that's why we'll be posting a FAQ section on our website soon: yup, we're currently renovating our page to make it friendlier and more useful. Let's cut to the chase though: so far we undisclosed that The Lillingtons will be playing on Thursday July 16th and now we can reveal that The Methadones will hit the stage on Friday July 17th as the headliners of a veeery special night. It will be an exclusive reunion for Dan Vapid's band, and at the same time Punk Rock Raduno 5 will be the only European show in the summer of 2020 for The Lillingtons. And get ready, 'cause the setlist will be a total surprise too! And then came the Dwarves, ladies and gentlemen! Despite the excess and the irony our “bad guy” Blag Dahlia says it best: “We (a)re for all the freaks. All the people that didn’t fit in. All the people that had trouble staying within the lines”... and we should not expect anything but an explosive show at Punk Rock Raduno 5! Before we go on and tell you one to many secret, let us celebrate once again all the bands and good people that helped make Raduno our traditional summer punk-rock family reunion. It was 2016 when this dumb little festival came up: we had no idea we would go back for a second year, let alone a third, fourth and fifth time! Our festival brings together people from all over the world and we're super grateful that the most amazing Italian acts hit our stage too: doesn't “By My Side” by our Peawees at 2017 PRR2 put a big smile on your face? But anyway, for those who don't know, every year we put out the coolest fanzine and a compilation on vinyl with songs from the bands playing Raduno: why don't you brush up your memory and order the 'zine and comp from PRR5 on our store? Else, if you're not feeling analog today, you can also check the compilations out on Spotify - here's the Punk Rock Raduno 3 compilation, for instance, including songs from The Queers, The Windowsill and Jagger Holly, just to name a few. As you know, Punk Rock Raduno is a FREE festival and one of the smartest ways to support us is booking a room at the Bergamo Hostel: you don't wanna miss the chance to share the Raduno days with the bands and other fellow punkrockers! Better hurry: the double and triple rooms are SOLD-OUT already. There's ONE quadruple room left and a few SIX-BED ROOMS, together with a few single beds in shared rooms. So book your hostel room NOW! Enough for today. While we say goodbye before announcing our fourth guest for Punk Rock Raduno 5 (their name ends with an "S", ha) let's give it up for our awesome art director Paolo Proserpio and the awesome-r pictures he took at the Dwarves show at Monto, in London (UK) on August 6 2007! Thanks a lot, Paolo! Cheers, and tell your friends to subscribe to our newsletter!
